The renewable energy company specializes in PV solar installations and employs a group of around 60 people (office employees, PV installers and PV surveyors). A growing number of orders, a changing cohort of employees, and various types of applications used led to delays and errors. Due to inappropriate document management, it was difficult to fully control the PV solar installation process. The team used too many communication platforms to manage all sorts of assignments, PV surveys, post-completion testings, and technical inspections. Some of them were handled by unauthorized people. A large number of documents were drafted in paper form or went missing, preventing the process from running smoothly.
